I can adduce, from looking at this picture, that your nails -lovely though they be- are short because you do your own typing as well? Even for men, I have mere wisps and memories of fingernails.
This is completely unrelated, I know, but I don’t know any attorney under the age of 45 who dictates, and can only think of one over the age of 60 who does their own typing. Noticed that too?
I think it’s because the “younger” attorneys came of age professionally 1) in the age of the nascent legal databases, and 2) even though most clerical staff are still women, they nevertheless began practicing in a period of relative gender integration.
Short is the new long.
Typical me…looking for explanations for the simplest of phenomenon.
I love these stripes. I haven’t ever seen painter’s tape at my salon. Maybe it will be a trend? Or, you could make millions marketing it as nail tape.
